Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from our store! We strive to provide the highest quality products and service. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process in case you need to return your scooter.

1. Eligibility for Return:
– New Scooters Only: Returns are only accepted for new scooters that are in *zero miles* and *perfect condition*. The scooter must be unused, free of any scratches, marks, or damages, and in the same condition as it was upon delivery or purchase.
– Used Scooters: We do not accept returns on used scooters under any circumstances.

2. Time Frame:
– You have **48 hours** from the date of delivery or purchase to initiate a return for eligible new scooters. After 48 hours, returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Fees:
– A **restocking fee of $100** will apply to all returns of new scooters.
– If the scooter was titled, a **$250 title re-issuing fee** will apply.

4. Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 48-hour window.
– The scooter must be returned in its original packaging, if possible, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unused items: We accept returns on parts snd/or accessories.

2. -You have 21 days to return ONLY unused parts and/or accessories.

3. -Return shipping costs are customers responsibility. There is a $10 restocking fee for parts and/or accessories that will be deducted from the purchase total amount.

5. Refunds:
– Once the scooter is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed minus the applicable fees (restocking fee and title re-issuing fee).
– Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
